Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan College!

We are looking forward to welcoming you to campus. An e-mail will be sent to you with login access to the Wesleyan Portal. Check WesPortal for further information about your enrollment and financial aid status. Below is a list of next steps to help you along the way to Wesleyan.

STEP 1: Secure Your Spot

Deposit today! Due within fifteen days of acceptance. 
To accept an offer of admission, students must send a $300 deposit as a resident or a $200 deposit as a commuter. For fall admits, the deposit is non-refundable after May 1. The deposit secures a space at Wesleyan and indicates acceptance of our offer of admission.

STEP 2: Advising and Registration

Completion of new student assessments and the advising questionnaire must be completed prior to receiving your course schedule.  

Students will be contacted about advising, registration, and building your course schedule prior to the start of the semester.

STEP 3: Health and Housing
Health Services 

The following health forms are required of all new students prior to the first day of class.

  • Privacy Practices Acknowledgement, read and keep for your records
  • Physical Exam Form, completed within 6 months of your first day of class, and signed by a medical provider
  • Immunization Record Form and Negative Tuberculosis Test or Clear Chest X-Ray Report, signed by a medical provider and completed within 6 months of your first day of class.
  • Health History Form
  • Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccine Verification or Waiver

To upload your health forms:

  1. Login to
  2. Click the “Student” tab on the top menu bar
  3. Click “Health Records & Forms” on the left menu bar
  4. Proceed to upload and submit your forms.

A brief tutorial is available on WesPortal if you need assistance with this process. NOTE: Health forms must be uploaded to WesPortal; physical or faxed forms will not be accepted.

Health Insurance

All full time undergraduate students taking at least 12 credit hours in the day program (i.e. non-online only) are required to have health insurance. Students may purchase insurance through Wesleyan’s provider, Gallagher Student Health, or you may waive out of our insurance by providing proof of your health insurance coverage. All international students are automatically enrolled in the student health insurance plan at registration. Information about waiving out of student health insurance will be automatically sent to you upon registration. If you do not waive out of health insurance before the semester waiver deadline, you will be automatically billed for Wesleyan’s student health insurance plan. NOTE: Students must be registered for 12 credits to participate in or waive out of the insurance plan. If you plan to waive, your current insurance must be fully compliant with the Affordable Care Act and provide access to doctors in the Macon area.

Residence Life

Wesleyan College is a residential campus. All traditional undergraduate students are required to live on campus during their enrollment. Residential students must submit the housing application. Please use the button below to submit the housing application. You must be logged into the Wesleyan Portal to access the application. If you are considering living off campus please review our Residency Policy and submit the residential status change form. Please use the button below to submit the housing application. You will be sent an email with your login information to access this application on the Wesleyan Portal upon enrollment.

STEP 4: Financial Aid and Payment

Financial Aid
Submit your FAFSA with our school code 001600. You may still be missing financial aid documents. All documents and financial aid updates will be sent to you via e-mail and can be seen on WesPortal with your login. If you have any questions, contact the financial aid office at or (478) 757-5205.

Business Office
Billing statements can be seen on WesPortal with your login. A minimum payment criterion must be met by the semester due date to avoid an administrative drop of courses. For more information about billing and payment, please visit the Financial Information section of the Wesleyan Catalogue. If you have any questions, contact the business office at or (478) 757-5120.

Minimum payment criterion includes one of the following:

  • Full payment by cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be made by mail, in person, or on WesPortal with your login.
  • Enrollment in the Cashnet Payment Plan. Enroll in the payment plan online.
  • Financial aid award letter showing sufficient pending financial aid to cover the balance due.
  • Third party agency funding authorization submitted to the college, i.e.: employer reimbursement program, Veterans Administration, etc.
  • A combination of the above items sufficient to cover the balance due.
STEP 5: New Student Move-In and Orientation

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1:30 – 5:00 PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
