Teaching Experience
Since 2009, I have had the opportunity to teach as an adjunct instructor – both on campus and online. I have taught numerous courses related to leadership including Leading Organizations and People, Organizational Leadership Culture and Dynamics, Communication Skills for Leaders, and Strategic Change. I developed a special interest in non-traditional undergraduate and graduate students who attend classes in the evening, weekend, or online. While teaching these courses, I have become an experienced instructor of online and hybrid courses and have learned the importance of creating a personal connection with students.

I currently teach nonprofit courses that include: Theory of Nonprofit Management, Fundraising in Nonprofit, Nonprofit Strategies, Social Entrepreneurship, and Nonprofit Volunteer Management.

Research Interest
In addition to teaching, I have spent the past five years researching nonprofit leadership, particularly in the areas of self-leadership, strategy development, and organizational sustainability. The result of this work has been the publication of articles, books, and book chapters.
