Open World Scholarship

Award Amount: $46,000 annually (Maximum $184,000 over four years)

The Open World scholarship is awarded to an incoming international student who is passionate about professional, academic, and personal development for themselves and others. As Wesleyan College’s most prestigious international award, this scholarship provides women outside of the United States a full scholarship (including fees and residence) while they receive the education that will empower them lead in their chosen field.

To apply for this scholarship, you must qualify for the following requirements and have your high school counselor or principal submit the following nomination form: 

Scholarship Requirements:

• Grade 10, 11 & 12 Transcripts
• 90% and above (Predicted Grades) 
• SAT Optional
• Counselor or Principal Letter of Recommendation
• 1000 word essay on students journey and passion to develop as a leader 
• Resume/Profile
• Interview with International Admissions Team Representative
