My research interests include small businesses, human resource management, organizational behavior, the impact of eLearning, and the hospitality industry. The learning environment today consists of traditional classrooms as well as virtual and hybrid environments. I believe the best way to engage all students in the conversation is to encourage them to use their intellectual skills that require an in-depth analysis of the subject. My fundamental goal is to help students understand the business world and also society is about diversity and understanding a multitude of customs, cultures, values, and beliefs.
