About Leadership Lab

Located in the heart of downtown Macon at 522 Cherry Street, the Leadership Lab is Wesleyan College’s vibrant hub for innovation, community connection, and lifelong learning. Designed to bring students, professionals, artists, and neighbors together, the Lab is where ideas ignite and skills grow.

At the Lab, you’ll find a dynamic lineup of programming including expert speakers, creative workshops, tech upskilling sessions, health and wellness talks, and everything in between. Whether you're launching your career, exploring a new passion, or looking to connect with changemakers, there's something here for everyone.

Signature series include:

• Level Up at the Leadership Lab – a paid workshop series offering hands-on training and deep skill-building across leadership, technology, creativity, and more.

• Leadership Lens – a free speaker series highlighting visionary leaders who are making inspiring and exemplary contributions in their fields.

• First Fridays – a monthly art exhibition showcasing local and regional artists, open to the public and part of Macon’s downtown cultural calendar.

Membership unlocks full access to the best the Lab has to offer. Members enjoy:

• Free admission to Level Up workshops

• Rental discounts on private events in the space

• Coworking Fridays – drop in and use the Lab as your workspace every Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Priority access to special events and creative opportunities

• Access to the Wesleyan eLab in Willett Library

The Lab is also available for private rentals, making it an ideal venue for team meetings, off-site retreats, trainings, or community gatherings.
