Class Summary

Afternoon Flow Yoga - Synchronizing movements of vinyasa yoga postures and the breath in a smooth flow, that feels like a dance to your favorite music. (Chantell Grant 200 RYT, aerial yoga)

Cycle - Interval based, cardio training. (Allyson Bashinski, Cycle Reebok)   

Fit, Flexible & Fabulous - A fusion of strength training, pilates and yoga stretch to make you feel fabulous at any age! (Allyson Bashinski, NETA/Rebecca Nelson, NETA)        

HIIT the Barre - A total body conditioning workout that includes techniques of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Barre exercises. Cardio bursts, functional strength training, flexibility and core stability are some of the components of this class, (Deana Smith, SCW- CPT, AFAA- GFI)  

Virtual Cycling - Now you can cycle on your own time at MAC with virtual cycling! We have set up the cycling room for you to cycle when it is convenient for you! Bring your friends. Don't forget your water! We have picked some of the best videos for you to cycle to. No worries if you are a beginner. We have selected videos on bike set up, positions, resistance and more.

Restorative Yoga - Gentle yoga sequences and poses designed to stretch and rejuvenate the body, as well as restore and relax the mind. (Jessica Hardman, BFA Dance, aerial yoga)

Slow Warm Flow Yoga - This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures. Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. This class is a breath of fresh air. All levels welcome! (Maddy Delaney 200 RYT)

Yoga Stretch - A blend of traditional yoga poses and sequences with basic stretching to strengthen and lengthen the body in a relaxing environment. (Jessica Hardman, BFA Dance, aerial yoga)

SilverSneakers BOOM™ MUSCLE: Muscle-conditioning blocks and activity-specific intervals to improve cardiovascular health and functional skill.
