Class Summary

Cycle- Interval based, cardio training. (Glenda Sandlin, Allyson Bashinski, Cycle Reebok)

Virtual Cycling- Now you can cycle on your own time at MAC with virtual cycling! We have set up the cycling room for you to come cycle when it is convenient for you! Bring your friends. Don't forget your water! We have picked some of the best videos for you to cycle to. No worries if you are a beginner. We have selected videos on bike set up, positions, resistance and more.

RIP Barbell- Barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training, bodyweight exercises and weights. . (Glenda Sandlin, Les Mills, RIPPED, Allyson Bashinski, NETA)

Yoga Stretch- A blend of traditional yoga poses and sequences with basic stretching to strengthen and lengthen the body in a relaxing environment. (Jessica Hardman, BFA Dance)

Restorative Yoga- Gentle yoga sequences and poses designed to stretch and rejuvenate the body, as well as restore and relax the mind. (Jessica Hardman, BFA Dance, aerial yoga)

Slow Deep Stretch- This hour-long class is all about the stretch. Working through all parts of the body, we’ll focus on building flexibility through longer holds. (Ann Smith, 500 RYT)

Meditation & Yoga- Guided Meditation, Yoga and Journaling. Reconnect with mind, body and soul (LaPrincess Foster, LPC, 200 RYT Trainee)

Slow Warm Flow Yoga- This class will flow slowly through sun salutations and postures. Meditation and Pranayama (breath work) techniques are taught to promote relaxation. This class is a breath of fresh air. All levels welcome! (Maddy Delaney 200 RYT Trainee)
