Award Amount: $46,000 annually (Maximum $184,000 over four years)
The Open World scholarship is awarded to an incoming international student who is passionate about professional, academic, and personal development for themselves and others. As Wesleyan College’s most prestigious international award, this scholarship provides women outside of the United States a full scholarship (including fees and residence) while they receive the education that will empower them lead in their chosen field.
The Open World scholar will have a clear vision of why they would like to attend Wesleyan, and how they plan to positively impact society with their Wesleyan education.
Award Amount: $25,000 annually (Maximum $100,000 over four years)
Women in leadership have the potential to make significant change in their fields of work. The CEO Women in Leadership scholarship gives them a seat at the table. This scholarship is for students with a clear vision of how they want to create equal opportunity for women in leadership and why they feel it’s essential. CEO Women in Leadership scholars will receive a seat in Wesleyan’s CEO Leadership Institute cohort, further enhancing their development journey through mentorship, experiential learning, and networking.
Award Amount: $20,000 annually (Maximum $80,000 over four years)
The Global Leader scholarship seeks to identify emerging young leaders from around the world. These scholars demonstrate their ability to lead in extracurriculars and academics. Scholarship recipients will be decided based on their intentionality in setting an example for their peers through their leadership and passion for women’s personal, professional and academic development. Global Scholars will showcase their ability to not only lead in their current roles but their future desired roles as well.
Wesleyan College awards entrance scholarships based on academic credentials presented in the application process. Awards amounts vary based on which round the student submits their application.

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1-5PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10AM-2PM.
