Congratulations on your acceptance to Wesleyan College!

We are looking forward to welcoming you to campus. An e-mail was sent to you with login access to our Wesleyan Portal here. Check WesPortal for further information about your enrollment.

 

step 1: Secure your spot

Once accepted, secure your spot by submitting the $300 admission deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after May 1. You may deposit online here.

 

step 2: visa process

After depositing, all students must submit the following information before processing I-20:

  • Copy of Passport
  • Bank Statement(s)
  • Certificate of Finance

The I-20 will be mailed to you after the document is processed.

step 3: registration

An RSVP/Advising Questionnaire must be completed before June 22, 2018. More information will be posted soon!

step 4: Health and housing

Health Services Forms

  • Health History Form
  • Privacy Practices Acknowledgement, read and keep for your records
  • Physical Exam Form, signed by a medical provider
  • Immunization Record Form, signed by a medical provider
  • Health insurance enrollment or waiver will open in July and closes in August

Wesleyan College is a residential campus. For specific questions regarding housing, contact Director of Residence Life at residencelife@wesleyancollege.edu Residential students must submit the housing application. Commuter students and those over the age of 22 may be exempt from our housing policy. Submit a Change of Resident Status Form to the Director of Residence Life to request exemption.

step 5: financial aid and payment

Financial Aid: If you have any interest on Work Study, please contact the financial aid office at financialaid@wesleyancollege.edu to get more information.

Business Office: After you register for your classes, a billing statement will be sent to you via e-mail and can be seen on WesPortal with your login. A minimum payment criterion must be met by the due date of August 3rd to avoid an administrative drop of courses.

Minimum payment criterion includes one of the following:

  • Full payment by cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be made by mail, in person, or on WesPortal with your login.
  • Enrollment in the Cashnet Payment Plan. Enroll in the payment plan online at https://commerce.cashnet.com/paymentportal.
  • Financial aid award letter showing sufficient pending financial aid to cover the balance due.
  • A combination of the above items sufficient to cover the balance due.

 

step 6: move in day & airport transportation

You are welcomed on campus on August 6 & 7, 2018. If you have any questions, contact Director of Residence Life at residencelife@wesleyancollege.edu.

step 7: Orientation

International students will experience two different Orientations.  

  • International Orientation: Wednesday, August 8 – Thursday, August 9, 2018
  • PACK Week (Fall Orientation): Friday, August 10 - Sunday, August 12, 2018
