The admission Process

The following check list is a general outline of the admission process. Once you apply, your admission counselor will work closely with you to guide you through.

Visiting campus is often an underrated part of the transfer process. Here, we want you to find the school that is your best fit. Work late? No worries, work with your counselor to schedule a weekend or evening visit. Providing official transcripts prior to your visit will help during the advising process.

Transfer Information Sessions will be held on November 16th and June 13th.

Start your file by submitting the FREE transfer and non-traditional online application here.

  • Transcripts - Official transcripts may be sent electronically through email from the institution's delivery server or mailed directly to Wesleyan using the address below.
    • College Transcript(s): Official copies from ALL post high school institutions. Letters of non-attendance will be required if a transcript is not available.
    • High School/GED Transcript: Required if you DO NOT have a Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Standardized test scores (SAT or ACT) - Required if transferring with fewer than 24 semester hours of credit. Non-traditional students will be asked to complete the Wesleyan College Placement Exams.

Once complete, your file will be reviewed for scholarships and admission.

The registration process will begin after you submit. Residential students will submit a $300 deposit for residential students; students approved to commute will submit a $200 deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after May 1st.
