My research applies organizational justice theory to explain employee responses to fair treatment in the workplace. I am particularly interested in the connections between distributive, procedural, and relational perceptions of fairness and employee responses to large scale change within organizations. I am also interested in applying cross cultural psychology concepts to improve employee work experiences and well being. My professional experience includes 18years working in what is now called date science. I designed, administered, and analyzed employee and customer survey data to help organizations achieve optimal performance.
