Students drive the activities produced on campus. By taking active roles in their campus and surrounding community, Wesleyannes begin developing their leadership skills the moment they step on campus. Whether they run for student election, lead a solo in Sunday Chapel, or assist their professors in innovative research, Wesleyannes are encouraged and trained to become better leaders.
Aside from grabbing a leadership role in one or more of our twenty student organizations, Wesleyan students have unique opportunities to develop leadership skills through a variety of opportunities: our LEAD Program (Leadership Education and Development), becoming a RA (Resident Advisor) or welcoming in a new group of first-years as an OL (Orientation Leader). The leadership opportunities are endless!
