CLass Summary

Aqua Fitness  Low impact, great for all fitness levels, includes a variety of exercises for muscle strengthening, improved range of motion, flexibility, balance and relaxation. Class may include aqua dumbbells, pool noodles or deep water. 45 minutes

Awesome Abs/Core Conditioning  Abdominal class focusing on stabilization and strength of torso, obliques, lower and upper back. 30-45 minutes

Barre None  Combines Pilates, Yoga and Ballet moves for lean, sculpted muscles. 
45 minutes

Cycle Interval based training brings the outdoor ride inside with hills, sprints and mountains. 45-60 minutes

Qigong  An ancient Chinese health care system that integrates physical postures, breathing techniques and focused intention. People do Qigong to maintain health, heal their bodies, calm their minds, and reconnect with their spirit. Qigong's great appeal is that everyone can benefit, regardless of ability, age, belief system or life circumstances.

RIP Barbell  Barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training, bodyweight exercises and hand weights. 45- 60 min

Tai Chi  Often called moving meditation; Tai Chi consists of fluid, graceful, standing movements. Improves balance, strength, and flexibility. 45 minutes 

Yoga  Unite your body and mind through postures, breathing exercises and other similar techniques. 60 minutes

Zumba  Interval- style, calorie-burning, dance fitness party. Cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. 60 minutes
