Wesleyan offers a wide range of programs during the summer and throughout the year for students looking to explore and expand their skills in the arts, sciences, athletics, leadership...and even horseback riding.
Fine Arts Academy Summer Intensive
Rising high school sophomores, juniors, seniors and graduating seniors can explore a variety of fine arts disciplines with our outstanding faculty during a one-week immersion program. Have fun, explore multiple areas of interest and experience college life. The program is designed specifically for high school students to study, create and perform in studio art, music, or theatre. In addition to advanced study of the arts, you’ll experience life at the world’s oldest college for women and learn from our world-class faculty.
Craig Jones Tennis Camp 2013
Train like a champion! With Davis Cup and High Performance level coaching, the Craig Jones Tennis Camp at Wesleyan College offers unmatched opportunities for aspiring collegiate athletes. This one-week intensive camp is designed to offer the individual attention and quality instruction needed to take players to the next level of play. SPECTACLES 2013 FULL
Wesleyan’s Spectacles math & science resident camp for girls offers exciting activities designed to encourage middle-school girls to see science and math in new ways. Camp include field trips, experiments, and projects using the college’s new state-of-the-art science laboratories and computer facilities. Also included are conversations with women who have discovered exciting careers in science and math-related fields, the chance to learn from faculty members in Wesleyan’s division of science and mathematics and computer information systems, and the chance to spend time with other middle-school girls interested in math and science. 2013 Summer Riding Program
Wesleyan College offers five one-week summer equestrian programs for boys and girls beginning June 10th. Each day begins at 8:30 am and concludes at 2:00 pm. Each Wednesday will be a field trip to a different show barn or our veterinary office (pick up that day will be at 2:30). Participants will receive a tour of the facility, watch a demonstration ride, and learn about their profession. Participants must be between the ages of 8 and 15. Cost per week is $300 with a limit of 8 participants, ranging from beginner to advanced, each week. Participants should bring a sack lunch. 2013 Interscholastic Equestrian Association (IEA) Camp
Wesleyan College is pleased to continue to offer our IEA Camp! Camp will be open to middle and high school students who are current IEA members or those interested in being on an IEA team. Students interested in joining an IHSA team in the near future are encouraged to attend! Camp will be held the week of June 3rd – 7th and each day begins at 8:30 am and concludes at 3:00 pm. Cost per week is $350 with a limit of 5 participants, ranging from beginner walk, trot, canter to advanced. Lunch will be provided. LEAP! 2013
LEAP! 2013 Summer Day Camp offers a safe, fun, and educational environment for kids aged 6 to 12. Join us on the Wesleyan College campus for one or two sessions this summer and experience outstanding Leadership, Education & Arts Programming. Two sessions are available: June 3 - 6, 2013 and June 10 – 14, 2013. Sessions are Monday through Thursday, 10AM – 3PM. LEAP Camp 2013 is FREE for Macon Housing Authority Residents. English as a Second Language Immersion Program designed for High School Girls ages 15-18
Dates: Two-week program from July 14—July 28, 2013 with an optional third week of travel to Washington, D.C. and New York City from July 28-August 4, 2013.
Program cost: $50 application fee (non-refundable). $2500 per person for the first two weeks. $500 deposit by April 15 – remainder due by June 1. Optional trip cost $2500.

Children ages 5 - 16 are invited to learn the fundamentals of cheerleading and team work from the Wesleyan College Spirit Squad! A performance for family and friends is scheduled for Friday, June 7 at 11 AM in Porter Gymnasium. Kid’s College at Wesleyan College offers totally awesome programs and cool summer fun for children in grades 1 – 6. Designed to teach and inspire, Kid’s College was created to encourage learning through creativity, imagination, and fun learning adventures. With new things to do every day we are dedicated to providing your child the best summer camp experience ever. Kid’s College counselors will foster independence, help broaden academic and social skills, and heighten your child’s awareness of the relationship between humans and nature. Boys and girls will have fun in a safe environment developing lifelong memories and maybe some BFFs along the way!
