Wesleyan’s Alumnae Association Board of Managers and Wesleyan’s Admission Office work together planning this exciting event for alumnae and prospective students. Bring a prospective student to see our campus and experience STUNT!
We have revised the schedule this year in order to accommodate increased student usage of Jones Hall and in an attempt to serve the differing needs of our WWW guests, who will stay in hotels this year. The “weekend” has been shortened to a one day event on Saturday, February 27. We are continuing to call the event a “weekend” because you are welcome to join us for brunch on Sunday or for a stroll through campus. By sharing Wesleyan with a friend or loved one during STUNT, you will allow her to enter into our unique Sisterhood traditions, which will make a positive impact as your guest begins to make her college decisions.
Gear up for a wonderful Wesleyan weekend filled with sisterhood and fun campus activities! An agenda of exciting, informative events (and a little free time) will keep you busy all afternoon on Saturday. Enjoy a casual dinner, then shout your class colors at a pep rally by the fountain, before heading to Porter Auditorium for the 120th Annual STUNT. Members of the Wesleyan Admission Office, Alumnae Affairs Staff and alumnae volunteers will be on-hand during your visit to answer questions about scholarships, academic studies, resident life and lead us all to the fun we call STUNT!
Q&A: We knew you would ask a few questions, so go ahead...we have the answers!
May I bring more than one student? Of course you may! Feel free to bring as many as you like. The more, the merrier!
This can’t be free, can it? Well, in a word, “no”… but it’s as close to “free” as we could get. A registration fee of $20 per person before Feb. 11th ($30 after the 11th) will cover all expenses for the weekend, except your hotel room and Sunday brunch, which is optional. Wesleyan has negotiated special rates at local hotels so book your room early. Below you will find a list of nearby hotels we recommend.
What do I wear? Pack a suitcase filled with your class color because we want to show our prospective students what sisterhood is all about. All activities are casual. And bring comfortable shoes because we will walk all over campus.
Please RSVP by February 11th. Click here to register online. Click here to download an application. For more information or to reply by phone, contact Heidi Purvis, 478-757-5163, or email: email@example.com. A check will complete your registration. We will send you a confirmation packet with more details about the weekend when we receive your registration information.
