STUDENT CHECKLIST

Please help us to ensure you are registered 2 weeks before the first day of class so textbooks are delivered to you in a timely manner. You are expected to come to class on the first day with textbooks. 

Step 1

Apply for free at www.wesleyancollege.edu/apply

Step 2

Submit an official high school transcript
Cumulative GPA Requirements: 2.75 unweighted
Transcripts may be mailed to:

Step 3

Schedule a meeting for you and your parents with your guidance counselor and select Dual Enrollment eligible classes. Then complete the Dual Enrollment application through GAfutures. (Application must be signed by your parents and counselor every semester. Don’t forget to remember your login information.)

Step 4

Ensure your guidance counselor completes step 1 below. (Must be submitted prior to student registration at Wesleyan College.)

COUNSELOR CHECKLIST

All steps are required each semester even if the student is currently participating in Dual Enrollment at Wesleyan. 

Step 1

Submit a copy of the Dual Enrollment Student Participation Agreement to Wesleyan College. Scanned copies can be emailed to registrar@wesleyancollege.edu.

Step 2

Upon student’s acceptance to the College and receipt of the student participation agreement, Wesleyan’s registrar will review requested courses and confirm course schedule with high school guidance counselor via email.

Step 3

Counselor submits invoice in the GAfutures system. (Must be submitted prior to student registration at Wesleyan College.)

Step 4

Wesleyan’s registrar will process student registration and our vendor will supply textbooks to the student.

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1:30 – 5:00 PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
