Transfer student REquirements

We accept students for Fall and Spring Semester. Transfer students are encouraged to apply as early as possible to allow time for a VISA to be issued. The Admissions Office is eager to help and make this process as simple as possible. Please reach out to your admission counselor at or main line 1+800-477-6610.


Step 1 apply


Step 2 submit documents

Email the following documents to Admission Office will evaluate your application once the documents have been submitted.

  • High School Transcripts
    • In English and adapted to the 4.0 American grade scale.
  • College Transcript
    • College Transcripts Evaluation just for students coming from outside the U.S.
    • An official copy of the college/university transcripts translated into English, along with a course-by-course credit evaluation from a professional evaluation agency indicating credit hours and grades converted to the semester system of higher education in the United States. The following agencies are approved by Wesleyan College: Josef Silny and Associates and World Education Services –
  • TOEFL 80 (Internet based) or IELTS 6.0 with minimum sub-scores of 5.5.
    • If English is your native language we will waive this requirement
  • SAT or ACT: Wesleyan’s identification codes are: SAT 5895; ACT 0876.
    • Waive if you have 24 college credits or if you have been out of High School for three years
    • Waive if you have less than 24 college credits if you have been out of High School for three years. If not, you must provide these scores.


Step 3 Secure your spot

  • Once accepted, secure your spot in the class by submitting the $300 admission deposit. The deposit is non-refundable after May 1. You may deposit by contacting the Business Office (478) 757-5102 or online here.

Wesleyan College is privileged to steward many arts and cultural events and share them with the community. Most are free and open to the public. Wesleyan art galleries are open M-F 1:30 – 5:00 PM and on Wesleyan Market Saturdays from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
