Computers

There are thirteen public computers for student use available on the main floor of the Library. Twelve PCs and one Mac are equipped with Microsoft Office suite and are connected to the campus network. An iMac station is also available. Because files cannot be saved to the PC or Apple hard drives, students should plan to bring Flash Drives or use email attachments to save their work. Students needing assistance with e-mail or Microsoft Office applications, or who have other computer questions, should call the Computer Help Desk at 757-5239 or log a Help Desk request via WesPortal, the Wesleyan College intranet. Three laptop computers are available for loan to students for use INSIDE the library. More about the Laptop Checkout Policy.

Printers, Copiers, & Scanners
Students may print to the Reference Desk (default) and Circulation Desk printers at no charge. Non-students must pay $.10 per copy to print to either printer. A color printer is available for use at $.50 per page of print. Visit the Circulation Desk for more information.  A copier is available for use at $.10 per copy. The copier handles $5 bills, $1 bills, quarters, dimes, and nickels.  A scanner is available by appointment only for scanning research related items.
