Matching Gifts

Want to double or triple your gift? Many corporations match gifts to charitable institutions made by employees and directors; some will match the gifts of employee spouses and retired employees as well. The matching process varies by company – some require forms to be completed by the employee, while others have automated programs that require only a phone call.

Most corporations have guidelines that the non-profit organization and employee must meet before a donation can be matched. Your company’s Benefits or Human Resources Department can give you specific program information as well as the proper forms.
