Huckabee Hall
Huckabee Hall

Dedicated in 1957 as the Huckabee Memorial Health Center and named in memory of the parents of former trustee Leo Huckabee of Macon, Huckabee Hall entered a new phase of life in 1999 when it became the home of Wesleyan’s Student Affairs division. With a comprehensive focus on students’ all-around wellness, the Huckabee staff attend to the counseling, spiritual, and career guidance as well as their residence and physical health needs. The Student Affairs professionals consider Huckabee the students’ “home away from home.”

The building was originally furnished by Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Willet in memory of Mr. Willet’s mother, Lucy Lester Willet of the Class of 1881.
